• Follow up on receiving the required reports from the various departments and making the necessary analysis thereof.
• Follow-up of the steps taken in the current projects of the company inside and outside Egypt.
• Writing, modifying, sending and following up electronic messages.
• Follow up on the organization of the Vice-Chairman's travels, reservations and visas.
• Coordinating travel related operations.
• Assisting in organizing the agenda and appointments of the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.
• Organizing the entry of visitors to the office of the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
• Following up and organizing the documents related to the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.
• Follow up the signatures of papers and documents and make the required archiving.
• Coordination and follow-up of all forms and contracts and ensuring that they refer to their files.
• Following up and organizing the office of the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors and the needs of the office and its appurtenances.
• Organizing and arranging hospitality visits for the office of the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
• Purchasing gifts for the parties with which the Vice-Chairman of the Board deals.
