We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Supervisor to manage our end-to-end accounts receivable processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

📍 Location: New Cairo – Fifth Settlement

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the complete accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.

Maintain accurate customer accounts and ensure timely preparation and distribution of invoices.

Monitor payment due dates and follow up on overdue accounts.

Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure proper posting of payments.

Prepare regular reports for management, including aging analysis, collections status, and month-end close reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements.

Maintain accurate and updated customer records and documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in accounts receivable.

Proficiency in advanced reporting and data analysis tools.

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Experience with ERP systems.
