Position Title: Marketing Associate – Pharmaceutical Sector

• Location: Cairo or Giza, Egypt
• Experience: 4–5 years in Sales as a Medical Representative.

Position Overview

Devartlab is seeking a highly competent and motivated Marketing Associate to support the execution of our commercial strategy within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in pharmaceutical sector, a deep understanding of therapeutic areas, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

This role is essential in enhancing brand visibility, supporting product lifecycle strategies, and ensuring effective alignment between the commercial and medical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy Execution: Assist in the implementation of marketing plans aligned with the company’s overall business strategy and product objectives.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to assess customer insights, identify trends, and monitor competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Product Lifecycle Support: Coordinate promotional activities and campaigns, supporting both product launches and mature portfolio brands.
• Sales Force Collaboration: Develop marketing tools, visual aids, and training materials to support sales performance and product knowledge.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), physicians, and healthcare professionals to support brand endorsement and scientific engagement.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs related to market share, sales performance, and campaign ROI, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with regulatory affairs, medical affairs, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product operations and compliance with applicable standards.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine is required.
• Experience: 4–5 years in Sales as a Medical Representative.
• prior exposure to gynecology, pediatrics, or internal medicine is highly desirable.
• Location: Candidate must be currently residing in Cairo or Giza.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data interpretation, and experience with marketing performance tools, strong analytical thinking, communication abilities, strategic mindset, and high attention to detail.
